As for online reservations:

  • Use our reservation form.
  • Choose dates of stay between September 27th - Oct 1st, 2012
  • Select "Packages" under the 'select a rate plan option'
  • Type in code LKGN in the 'promotion code' box
  • Click on 'check availability and rates'.





For toll-free phone call reservations:

  • Participants can call us toll-free at 1-877-681-4335 to be transferred to our in-house reservation department, then can quote group CGIDS2 to receive the special rates.


  • Cancellations can be done with the hotel directly at 604-681-4335 and must be done before 4 pm, 48 hours prior to arrival.
  • Room rate is $140.00 plus 16.5% taxes per day (for Queen or 2 Double Beds)
  • SELF PARKING $15.00 PLUS TAXES
  • FREE BREAKFAST COUPON VALUE $10.00 per person to be used in our Chelsea Restaurant
